Publish a listing with the Go-Live pipeline

1. 1Open the Go Live tab and pick the property you're launching.
2. 2Work top to bottom through the stages — each shows the tasks that must be done and who owns them.
3. 3Complete a task to check it off; the stage turns green when all its tasks are done.
4. 4When every stage is green, use the Go Live action to mark the listing live.

If something's off

• If a stage stays red after you finish its work — open the stage and confirm every sub-task is checked — one unchecked item holds the whole stage.
• If you want to add a step the pipeline doesn't have — use Add Custom Step inside the stage to capture your own checklist item.
• If you are not granted pipeline visibility — you will only see tasks assigned to you in the Go Live tab.
• If a vacant long-term rental reaches 'Listed' — the Go-Live pipeline will hand off to tenant placement, initiating tasks for showings, screening, lease signing, and move-in.
• If you use a deep-link to open a specific lead — the system will now fetch and open the lead even if it is not in the current list, as long as you have permission to view it.
• If an owner has stalled on an onboarding stage that is waiting on them — open their lead and click Send Reminder in the Quick Actions row — it emails AND texts the owner about the exact step they are on, and it shows when the last reminder went out so you never double-chase. Organizations with automatic follow-ups switched on also get a daily sweep that chases quiet owners on its own.
