The founder
Ingo Schaer

Ingo trained as an engineer in Germany, where you learn one rule early: when a system fails, the design is wrong — not the person using it.
For ten years he has managed short-, mid- and long-term rentals. Guests at midnight. Owners asking where their money is. Cleaners, contractors, leases, taxes. He tried every tool. Each one solved one piece and left the rest to a spreadsheet and a tired person.
So he built the system he wanted for his own company, PeachHaus Group. That system became Rentology.
I don't want software that looks good in a demo. I want software I trust at 2 a.m., when a guest can't get in the door.
