Paste your own PriceLabs API key once and every part of Revenue Autopilot — market data, dynamic pricing, automated price pushes, the per-property Performance dashboard — runs against YOUR PriceLabs account, whatever property management system it's connected to. The key is validated live before it's stored, kept encrypted per organization, and PriceLabs bills its API access ($1 per synced listing per month) directly to you.

1In PriceLabs, open Account Settings → API Details and click Enable (you'll type "API" to confirm). Copy the key it shows. Note PriceLabs' pricing: API access costs $1 per synced listing per month, billed by PriceLabs to your account.
2In Rentology, open Revenue → PriceLabs Setup and use the Connect PriceLabs card to enter your API key. Rentology validates it live against your PriceLabs account before storing anything — a typo'd key is rejected on the spot, and a good one is stored encrypted for your organization only.
3Click Sync Now. Your PriceLabs listings import and match to your Rentology properties automatically by name; review the Property Connections table and confirm each mapping.
4That's it — the daily engine now prices with your account: listings sync each morning, the 90-day rate calendar fills, and each property's Performance tab shows occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, and price position against your local market.
5Works with any property management system PriceLabs supports (OwnerRez, Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway, and 100+ more) — Rentology reads the PMS name from each PriceLabs listing and pushes prices back through the same connection.
6Optional — talk to your pricing data in Claude: in PriceLabs open Account Settings → AI Connector (MCP) and copy the MCP URL and Client ID. In Claude (claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector) enter URL https://mcp.pricelabs.co/mcp, open Advanced settings, paste the Client ID, then Add → Connect → sign in at PriceLabs and approve. Open a new chat and the PriceLabs tools are available.

Your key, your listings, your prices

Rentology does not hold a pricing account of its own. It reads yours — so the engine works on the same listings and the same PMS you already use.

If something's off
