    Getting started

Put your most-used pages at the top of the menu

Left menu → Most used / Pinned (top of the menu)~1 min
The top of the left menu is yours. A Most used block lists the pages you open most, built from your own visits and nobody else's, and a Pinned block below it holds the pages you chose by hand, in the order you dragged them. Both sit above Dashboard, so the four screens you live in are one click away however long the menu grows.

    Steps

    4 steps
    1. 1Use Rentology as usual. Once you have opened a page three times, it appears under Most used at the top of the left menu — up to five pages, most-opened first.
    2. 2To keep a page there for good, hover its row and click the star, or click the gear next to Pinned and tick it. Pinned pages move down into the Pinned block and stay put.
    3. 3To arrange the Pinned block, click the gear next to Pinned and drag the rows into the order you want. Up to eight pages can be pinned.
    4. 4To remove a page from Pinned, hover its row and click the filled star.

    If something's off

    • If Most used does not show yet — you have not opened any page three times in this workspace. It fills as you work; there is nothing to set up.
    • If a page you pinned no longer appears — you no longer have access to it in this workspace. Your pin is kept, and the row comes back the moment the access does.
    • If you work in two workspaces — each keeps its own Most used and Pinned. Counts and pins never cross from one workspace to the other.
    • If a teammate sees a different list — that is the point — Most used counts only your own visits, and Pinned holds only what you pinned.
