Getting started
Send every email under your own brand
Settings → Branding & Identity, Settings → Email~10 min
Owner, lead, and discovery-call emails carry your logo, your brand color, your sender name, and a personal signature from the profile you set up during onboarding — never the platform's identity. Here is where each piece comes from and how to change it.
Steps
5 steps- 1Open Settings → Branding & Identity and confirm your logo and primary brand color are set. The logo heads every outbound email; the brand color styles buttons and accents in emails and presentations.
- 2Your personal signature — photo, name, and title from the setup wizard's Profile step — closes lead and discovery-call emails automatically. To send with company identity only, switch off “Personal email signature” under Settings → Organization.
- 3Until you connect a domain, email sends from “Your Company Name <notifications@rentology.ai>” with replies going to your support email — recipients reply straight to you.
- 4To send from your own address instead, open Settings → Email and verify your domain by adding the DNS records shown. Once verified, every email switches to your domain automatically.
- 5Send yourself a test: book a discovery call with your own email address as the contact, and check the delivered email shows your logo, color, and signature.
If something's off
- If your logo isn't showing in emails — re-upload it under Settings → Branding & Identity as a hosted image (PNG or JPG file upload) — pasted inline images are skipped because mail clients block them.
- If emails show a name or photo you didn't expect — the signature comes from the Profile step of setup. Update the manager name, title, and photo there, or switch the personal signature off under Settings → Organization.
- If you set up a domain but emails still send from notifications@rentology.ai — the domain hasn't finished verifying — DNS changes can take up to 48 hours. The Email settings page shows the live verification status per record.
