Publish your owner presentation and attach it to your emails

1. 1Open Admin → Presentations and click New Presentation, or start from the deck the setup wizard generated for you.
2. 2Generate or edit the slides. The AI writes from your company details; slide images generate in the background over a few minutes — you can keep editing while they fill in. Real photos from your website are used if available.
3. 3Pick a background music track if you want the deck to play with sound. The default track is 'ambient-corporate'.
4. 4Under “Use in outbound emails”, choose the deck's role — e.g. Owner onboarding. One deck per role; assigning a role held by another deck moves it over.
5. 5Publish. The deck goes live at your own web address, and every lead follow-up and discovery-call email now links to it automatically.

If something's off

• If your emails go out without a presentation link — no published deck holds the outbound role — open the builder and set “Use in outbound emails” on the deck you want. Emails never substitute someone else's deck; they simply omit the link until yours is ready.
• If slide images are still empty after a while — reopen the deck and use the fill-images action — generation runs in batches and resumes where it stopped.
• If you want the demo owner-portal button in discovery-call emails — that button appears once a demo portal owner is designated for your workspace — contact support to set it up with sample data.
