Connect your property management system (PMS)

Link the PMS you already run — Hostaway, Guesty, Cloudbeds, Track, Hostfully, and more — by pasting its API credentials. Rentology verifies them live with the provider before storing them encrypted.

Steps

4 steps

1Open Settings and find the PMS Integrations card.
2Click your PMS in the connectable list — the row expands with exactly the credentials that provider needs and a note on where to find them in your PMS dashboard.
3Paste the credentials and press Connect. Rentology validates them live with your PMS — nothing is stored unless the provider accepts them.
4Once connected, the row shows a green Connected badge. Disconnect any time from the same row.
