    Add a booking or listing platform to a property

    Record every platform a property is listed on — Airbnb, VRBO, or a corporate-housing network like Furnished Finder or a relocation partner — so your team and reports know where it's bookable.

    Steps

    4 steps
    1. 1Open the property from All Properties.
    2. 2Find the Listing & Booking Platforms section.
    3. 3Add the platform by name and paste the listing URL if you have one.
    4. 4Save. The platform now shows on the property and in your listing reports.

    If something's off

    • If the platform syncs a live calendar (Airbnb/VRBO) — connect it for real-time sync instead of just recording the name — see Connect a booking channel.
    • If the same platform applies to many properties — add it on each property record; there's no portfolio-wide bulk toggle for platform names yet.
