Get the Rentology phone apps

1. 1Open the App Store or Google Play on your phone and search for Rentology.
2. 2Install Rentology (the blue R icon) and sign in with the same email and password you use on the computer.
3. 3Allow notifications, so calls, texts and Team Hub messages reach your phone.
4. 4Ask your team to do the same. The setup guide on your dashboard ticks the step off once you have signed in on a phone.
5. 5Tell your cleaners, vendors, owners and tenants which app is theirs. They sign in with the phone number you have on file and a six-digit code by text.

If something's off

• If a cleaner, vendor or owner gets no code — check that their phone number in Rentology is the cell they are holding. The code goes only to the number on file.
• If someone would rather not install an app — cleaners, vendors, owners and tenants each also have a web portal that opens in any browser.
• If the setup step still shows as open — open the Rentology app once on your phone while signed in. The step ticks off the next time the dashboard loads.
