Keep your properties visible on temporary-housing databases

1. 1Open Growth → Submission Health. Every active property is listed with how many databases it's live on.
2. 2Click the Overdue tile to filter down to just the properties that need work.
3. 3Pick a property, then expand any platform row to see what was recorded during onboarding and when.
4. 4Use Submit (for a database you're not on yet) or Open (for an existing listing) to go to that company's portal.
5. 5Come back and record what you did: Submitted today, Still live — verified, or Re-submitted today.
6. 6Switch to By platform when you're working through one company — it batches every property behind a single login.

If something's off

• If a property shows platforms you never submitted to — that's the catalog of major temporary-housing buyers — they start as Not submitted and are your to-do list.
• If a submission link 404s — these companies rename their supplier portals often; search the company name plus "submit a property" and use the current form.
• If a database charges a fee or has closed its supplier list — expand the row and choose Dead end — stop chasing so it stops appearing as work.
• If everything shows as Overdue on your first visit — that's expected — nothing has been verified yet. Work the Overdue filter down over a few sessions.
• If a property is missing from the list — it's either offboarded or has "test" in its name; both are excluded on purpose.
