Research and contact corporate housing prospects

1. 1Open the property's Go Live project and find Launch Corporate Prospecting, or open Growth → Corporate Prospecting and select the property.
2. 2Confirm the research radius — 15 miles is the standard starting point — then click Research corporate prospects. The system finds nearby employers and demand sources and enriches the strongest candidates.
3. 3Review the results. Recommended prospects are preselected; Needs review contains possible matches that require judgment. Check the company, industry, distance, score, available contact channels, and suggested pitch.
4. 4Remove weak matches and click Approve and prepare drafts. Only the prospects you approve move forward, and nothing is sent from the review screen.
5. 5Review prepared work in Prospects, Work Queue, and LinkedIn. Edit email drafts as needed. For LinkedIn, copy the approved connection note, open the contact's profile, send it manually, and mark the item sent.
6. 6Record replies and outcomes in the workspace so Performance and the owner's Corporate Prospecting activity reflect the work completed.

If something's off

• If the research returns too few useful prospects — confirm the property has a complete address, widen the radius, and run the research again.
• If a company is relevant but no person or channel is available — leave it in Needs review and research the correct relocation, HR, travel, or housing contact before approving it.
• If a draft sounds generic or mentions the wrong demand source — edit the message before using it and keep the pitch tied to that company's likely housing need.
• If you are working in LinkedIn — send manually from your own account; the system prepares and tracks drafts but does not automatically operate LinkedIn.
