    Run your weekly Execution meeting

Settings → Team Calls → Execution~10 min setup
Turn one recurring call into a structured weekly meeting — seven fixed blocks, a scorecard that fills itself from your portfolio data, 90-day priorities, and an issues list that ends in decisions.

    Steps

    7 steps
    1. 1Open Settings → Team Calls and find the Execution card at the top.
    2. 2Switch Execution on for exactly one weekly call — its huddle will open on the block board; every other call stays a normal huddle. Anything already on that call's agenda becomes the Solve list automatically.
    3. 3Add 5–15 measures under The Numbers, one owner each. Sources marked auto (occupancy, guest review average, new bookings) fill in from your portfolio before the call; the rest are typed in weekly.
    4. 4Open the Execution dashboard (Operations → Execution) to see the scorecard, 90-day priorities, and the Solve list in one place.
    5. 5Start the call's huddle as usual. The board walks the seven blocks — Wins, The Numbers, 90-Day Priorities, Signals, Commitments, Solve, Close & Rate — with most of the hour reserved for Solve.
    6. 6For each issue: name it in a sentence, dig to the real cause, then decide — a decision needs a person and a date.
    7. 7At Close & Rate, everyone scores the meeting 1–10. The average is your Execution score on the dashboard.

    If something's off

    • If the Execution card doesn't appear in Team Calls — you need an admin role — measures and the call toggle are admin-only.
    • If a number shows — instead of a value — auto measures need portfolio data (bookings, reviews) to exist; manual measures wait for this week's entry — click the current week's cell on the dashboard to type it.
    • If the huddle opens as a normal chat instead of the block board — check the call has Execution switched on and that the huddle was started in that call's meeting channel.
    • If you want a different call to run Execution — switch it on for the new call — the old one turns off automatically; only one call per workspace runs Execution.
