Managing properties & listings
Set up a direct booking website for a property
Portfolio → Listings Dashboard~10 min
Give a property its own booking page so guests can book you directly — commission-free — instead of only through a channel. Share the link anywhere.
Steps
5 steps- 1Open the Listings Dashboard and choose the property.
- 2Confirm the property's photos, description, and amenities are filled in — the site pulls from the property record.
- 3Generate the site, then preview it to check the content and booking widget.
- 4Publish, then copy the link to share in listings, emails, and social.
- 5The page's first photo is its hero — set the order in the property's photos so the strongest interior shot leads, not an exterior.
If something's off
- If the property already has its own external website — set that existing URL on the property instead of generating a new one — don't create a duplicate site.
- If the booking widget doesn't show availability — confirm the property's channel/calendar is connected first, then re-open the site.
- If a guest uses 'Contact host' on the page — the message opens a form on the page — never the guest's mail app. The submission becomes a lead, appears in the Inbox searchable by name, phone or message text, and adds a follow-up to the assignee's calendar two hours out. The host's phone number stays on the form for anyone who would rather call.
- If you want inquiries to reach a different person — inquiries route to the site's inquiry assignee, falling back to the organization owner. A branded email also goes to the site's contact email, so nothing is lost if no one is assigned.
- If the wrong photo is the hero — reorder the property's photos — the site regenerates its hero from the first photo, so a hero set only on the page is overwritten the next time the site is rebuilt.
