    Managing properties & listings

Add or edit property details like Year Built and Max Occupancy

    Portfolio → All Properties → (open a property) → Details~3 min
Fill in the property attributes — year built, max occupancy, brand name, bed/bath counts — that feed your listings, guidebooks, and owner pages. Changes save to the property record and flow downstream.

    Steps

    6 steps
    1. 1Open the property and go to its Details section.
    2. 2Enter or update the fields you need — year built, max occupancy, beds, baths, and so on.
    3. 3Fill in the building details: building type, total units, and building group key.
    4. 4Save. The values attach to the property record.
    5. 5Open a listing or guidebook that uses the property to confirm the new values appear.
    6. 6Use the 'Print QR Sheet' button in the property header to print or download the guest QR sheet. Ensure the direct booking site is generated and published before printing.

    If something's off

    • If a saved field isn't showing on the listing yet — channels cache content — allow a sync cycle, then re-check; the property record is already correct.
    • If you don't see a field you need — it may live under a different section (amenities vs details) — check both, or add it as a custom field.
    • If the QR sheet is not generated yet — use the 'Create QR Sheet' button to generate it.
    • If the direct booking page is not published — publish it in the Go Live pipeline before generating or printing the QR sheet.
    • If the 'Print QR Sheet' button does not open a print dialog — ensure pop-ups are allowed in your browser settings.
    • If you need to enter listing links or access codes — use the 'Onboarding' button to open the onboarding workflow dialog.
    • If you need to view or copy operational notes — click on a note to open it fully and use the 'Copy' button to copy its content.
    • If a property is offboarded — it will not appear in the active property lists or affect operational metrics.
    • If you need to manage self-guided showings — use the 'Self-Guided Showings' card to access the public tour link and view upcoming showings.
    • If you need to update pet policy details — use the 'Pet Policy' card to view or edit pet-related rules, weight limits, and deposits.
    • If you need to view custom onboarding answers — check the 'Custom Onboarding Answers' card for the resolved question labels and answers.
    • If you need to view or edit utility cap details — check the 'Utility Cap' field in the property details to view or update the cap.
    • If a property is not live yet — check the pipeline status under the property's address to see the current step and who is responsible for the next action.
    • If you need to identify blockers in the go-live pipeline — click the entire blocker line to open the pipeline and see who is holding up the process.
    • If you need to follow up on a blocker — use the 'Send reminder' button under the blocker's name in the Blockers column to email and text the owner or message the team in Team Hub.
    • If you need to build a direct booking site but the option is disabled — ensure the property has a brand name set, as the site and its link require it.
    • If a property is not publicly live — ensure there is a real listing URL on a channel or a published direct-booking site, as social links require the property to be publicly live.
    • If a property image is missing — the system will attempt to automatically fetch the image from Zillow or Realtor. Offboarded and test properties are excluded from this process.
    • If a channel pill shows amber — the property is in the syndication feed but not yet published. Check the suggested URL or await publication.
    • If you need to listen to a property voice recording — use the 'Listen to this visit' option in the property voice recordings section to play the full audio with a scrubber.
